NextBuyer Ltd
Effective date: 18 July 2026
Please read these Terms before using NextBuyer. Separate written terms may also apply before any paid property-project service begins.
Who we are
NextBuyer Ltd operates the NextBuyer website and related services. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16517600.
You can contact us at team@nextbuyer.co.uk.
Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the website, its accounts or its systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that your login details, where applicable, remain secure.
What NextBuyer provides
NextBuyer provides property-project information, planning tools and, where agreed, project-support services. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax, surveying or investment advice.
Any regulated or specialist advice must come from an appropriately qualified independent professional. A professional introduced through NextBuyer remains responsible for their own advice, terms and services.
The Complete Home-Buying System
The Complete Home-Buying System may include educational content, checklists, templates, calculators and project-management features. Availability and features may change as the system develops.
Calculators and examples are estimates only. You should verify figures that affect a property decision with the relevant professional or authority.
The NextBuyer Service
Submitting a Property Project Review request does not create a paid contract. Before paid work begins, we will confirm the scope, price, start date, key limitations and any service-specific terms in writing.
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumers have under applicable law.
Prices and launch offers
Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling. Any launch deadline, eligibility condition or limited availability will be stated alongside the offer. A displayed price does not guarantee acceptance of a project until we confirm the engagement.
We will not add optional charges without your express agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Where you purchase a service online or at a distance, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Full cancellation information, including any request to begin work during that period and the effect this has on payment, will be provided before you enter a paid contract.
If a service-specific agreement gives you additional cancellation, refund or guarantee rights, that agreement will apply alongside these Terms.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, written content, videos, templates, design and software are owned by or licensed to NextBuyer. You may use materials for your own personal property project, but you may not sell, republish, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website content, decisions made by independent professionals, events outside our reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed.
Complaints
Please email team@nextbuyer.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint”. Include your name, contact details and a clear description of what happened. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 working days.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version began to apply.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
